One of my clients is reporting that her computer display goes blank
perioidically and the only way she can get back on the system is powering it
off then on. When the display goes blank, the power light on the tower is
still on, the indicators on the keyboard are still lit, however the light on
the monitor is flashing. Whenever these "lock-ups" occur, the following
errors are recorded in the Application Log:

Event Source: NSSDK.SnmpValidatorLgcy.1
Event Category: None
Event ID: 8226
Date: 3/13/2006
Time: 3:07:56 PM
User: N/A
Computer: A-EXECSEC
Description:
The description for Event ID ( 8226 ) in Source ( NSSDK.SnmpValidatorLgcy.1
) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry
information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer.
You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see
Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event:
Device 192.168.16.13 is not valid according to this validator. (0x8215070e).
