Absolutely true however FireFTP does provide an interface similar to
Ipswich's ws_ftp if so inclined. Meanwhile I'm thinking that th OP might
have an add-on that does something else with pdf files.

I have been using Filezilla
As a former WS_FTP Pro user (lost key), it is similar in the click and
transfer.

I have been a registered WS_FTP user for a couple of decades but
stopped upgrading when the newer versions didn't really bring anything
new. I had looked into using Filezilla client but I do not like the
way it handles the different windows. That's what is much, much easier
to handle in FireFTP...
