From: statman on 26 Jan 2006 09:10 I'm using OFFICE XP with Project 2003 (Standard). VBA code involving Application.Filesearch.EXECUTE always prompts with an exclamation stating "An error occurred and this feature is no longer functioning properly. Would you like to repair this feature now?" Y/N options. The function actually works whether I select "Yes" to repair, or "No". The "Yes" response generates a "supposedly" successful repair, yet the same popup is seen in subsequent code. Note: the popup only occurs following the dot EXECUTE line of code. Question: even though the repair attempt appears successful, it doesn't really repair anything. Is this because of the two different OFFICE versions being used (XP and Project 2003) and perhaps using VBA 6.3? Sure would be nice to get rid of the popup (annoying to say the least, but doesn't really affect the execution or deliverable)
