the first few table entries have zero data for some fields
until PN sums are accumulated.

step25 sums to 160 because 2 is used as the 1st PN.

the 3stepgro is merely the sum / (sum - sum[-3] )
which is also near 1 + sine 18deg.

I am going to replace 3stepgro with P^3delta as its so flat.

eg.
Step:18087624 PN:3.359332E8 PN/Step:18.5725 Sum:2.951174E15 its Lp:74.023492
&3stepGRO 1.309016E0 and its P^3delta= 2.657e-8
