If you register the domain with them, DomainsMadeEasy.com gives you free web
hosting with SQL Server. Ther inject an ad at the top of the page, but
that's easy enough to thwart (if one was of a mind to.) Their paid hosting
is cheap too, it starts at $4USD/month.

We don't realy care for asp.net here,
so we wouldn't know,
but it is rumoured that a good place to start
are dotnet NGs.
