Is windows installer suited to make frequent upates, i.e. about 4 times per
day for years to come? Where can I find more info in this matter.

You must be completely mad because some of us knowledgeable sods
have blocked Microsoft's useless updates which comes out once a
month but you want them 4 times a day! Have you forgotten to take
your prescription drugs today?
