Groups disappeared?

Switch to another free NNTP server, like Albasani or Eternal-September, or find a really cheap one, like individual.net ($16USD/yr). Microsoft is dropping their microsoft.public.* newsgroups, and eventually they'll kill off their NNTP server, too.
