Hmm...looks like the stack I posted above may be a red
herring...watching this more closely, it seems that those handles are
actually getting created when the timers tick, but are also getting
cleaned up...they just show up in my diff from windbg if I happen to
compare a snapshot that happened between the timer tick and the
cleanup...back to the drawing board.
