Hang on Insert Object in word 2003 and excel 2003

From: Jacky on 27 May 2010 16:04 When I try to use "insert -> object->create from file" to insert any files. The word or excel will be hang. I tried to do the office repair or reinstall but cannot resolve. How can I fix it? Thanks
