Everytime I try to access Help in Office 2007 in any of Word, Excel etc, the
program that I am in wants to re install everytime or configure, then there
is no box to type the query after that either. I originally had Home and
Student installed and that worked fine, then custom installed Enterpsie to
add Publisher and Access. Since then I have had no luck with using Help with
either. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, tried this and that I don't know
how many times but still not able to use Help in any of the suites. I
contacted the people I bought Enterprise from and they sent me another disk
to try but still nothing. They told me to contact MS Technical support but
they want to charge the earth and gave me no idea what the problem was. Many
thanks, would love some help.

Personally I'd uninstall H&S, or all versions of Office, reboot, then
reinstall your full enterprise version. If nothing else H&S is not licensed
for business use
