Synchronization failed - Due to OS 3 error

Hi--

I am using SQL2005. I created a publication on one SQL Server and am
trying to do a pull Subscription from another SQL Server. It all sets
up fine. I create the snapshot. Then I create the subscription to
pull. The Synchronization is failing. This is the message in the
history log.

2007-06-08 15:12:15.189 The process could not read file 'H:
\SQLDatabases\ReplData\unc\IVOS-TEST-SQL1_IVOSTEST_IVOS-TEST-
R1\20070608101042\vehicle_report_log_18.pre' due to OS error 3.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

You need to set up the distribution working folder to be a share rather than
a file path. The path "H:\SQLDatabases..." is that of the publisher but the
subscriber can't see it so you must use a share.

Thanks Paul.

I thought it was probably something like that. I thought I tested
that but must have done something wrong. Appreciate the reply.
