It doesn't sound Utopian in its general feel of society, I only
disagree with the technical details of the implementation as you
suggested; I'd reject your design because I think your design
will not cause that general society to come about, on the contrary.
The word `Utopia' means `no-place,' but I agree that society in
general should be far more interested in striving for a better
society because the present situation is also the outcome of
ideals of the past that people made real. Everything flows from
ideals, even a clean kitchen.

My system gives each person land, and power over the Government,
justice & police forces to reduce crime, a money system for trade.

Communism as such can only exist on a small scale, because then
it is actually still a trade economy but it is computed in the head
instead of with money. Hence it is really a trade society, although
you could account for personal strength-weaknesses in the computation.
The more moral a people the larger the groups can be with whom it
can work. In a disaster situation it is usually obvious what should
happen therefore communism works in a disaster situation, the need
to help the other is obvious.

Communism and my system are not exclusive, on the contrary: each
business is just about the right size to be a communist group that
doesn't need money internally. Note that businesses also run without
money internally, they just talk and distribute the tasks, and in
tyrannical businesses you have a boss who orders around the serfs.
But that is all without money, not every act is traded upon, it
is taken together and then at the end a sum is payed. In the
meanwhile things are taken from the head, like a family. In a
company that does things equitable you have a pure `commune' or
if you want `tribe' that trades with external tribes. This is made
a lot easier to accomplish in my system because people who want
that can lock their lands together.

The marxist lack of interest in my proposal I call with the only
word that seems applicable: treason. Treason to themselves, to
their intellect, and the people they claimed to represent.
It is for that treason that world war 3 will happen, rather then
that we act right now without the need for another devastating
war that will probably be remembered 10,000 years into the future.
