How do I move a table down on a page if the table fills the page and does not
allow me to type at the top of the table outside the rows and columns.

Hi,

Just press the "Page Up" button on your keyboard (and maybe the up arrow key
for good measure), then hit "Enter." That should move the table down.

If the table is the first thing in the document, use Ctrl+Home to go to the
beginning of the document and press Enter (this works only at the very
beginning of a table). If the table is not the first thing in the document,
go to the last paragraph on the previous page and press Enter at the end of
it.
