fwiw, my approach would be to export the registry of a new, unused phone
containing default settings.

Then return to the phone and set all of the options such as time zone as
you wish them to be and export a second copy of the registry.

Running a file compare on the two copies should show the keys that can
then be used to preconfigure the phones you need to setup.
