I am geeting the dreaded 401.1

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the
credentials that you supplied.

HTTP Error 401.1 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

I am on a SBS 2003 machine which also runs exhange and OWA.

I have created a new website call test. Test is set for only Amonymous
access.

I have set the header hander for test.server.local and created an a record
in my dns for test.

All of this works fine on another server which is not running exchange and
is a domain controller for its domain.
