Identifying the cause of Code 12 error

From: Matthew Garrett Matthew on 18 Jun 2010 13:21 I'm performing some testing with an instrumented emulation platform, but my PCIe root port (intended to emulate an Intel 5500 chipset) is generating a "Code 12: Cannot find enough free resources" error in device manager. How do I identify which resources are unavailable?
