Importing pst on a new m/c receiving "the messaging interface..."

From: stu_spain on 24 Jan 2010 17:59 Having exported the inbox, archive, sent mail, and address book off my old PC I am now trying to import them as PST files on a new m/c However all I am receivinbg is an error message: "the messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart outlook."-- Well I have and that hasn't worked. I've tried the Scanpst utility, that too hasn't worked. As the files are .pst I cannot open them in Excel and then save cooma seperated.. I'm kind of stumped, searched for help can't find it, so now need to ask..... can somebody please help? How good life can be! |
