Invalid Pointer [can't run Word]

From: Richard123 on 12 Sep 2006 13:11 Hello, After adding the add-ins, EN8CWYW.dot and EN8CwywWordXP.wll to the Word Startup folder I receive a message; Invalid Pointer, and if no error message the program will crash. An additional file is always created in the folder; ~$N8CWYW.dot Any suggestions will be most helpful at this point. Thank you in advance. Richard
