The update has now failed 12 times. Error code is - 0x80070005 - Can anyone
help?

0x80070005 is an Access Denied error.
Which edition of Windows ... what Service Pack level ?

You receive error code 0x8007F0DA when use the Windows Update Web site
or the Microsoft Update Web site to install updates
