I used Lotus Notes Journal Entry Feature to catergorize a lot of important
random data, instructions etc. Is there an equivalent feature in Outlook?

Well, we have journal in Outlook, you just need to activate it. We also
have BCM, which is a CRM application.

You need to go into more detail. A screenshot would be most useful and
save you a lot of typing. You can host a screenshot file on
http://imageshack.us without a need to create an account and then just
link it to this post.
