Hi,
I am unable to update. Whenever I try I get the message This website has
encountered a problem & can't display the page you are trying to view. Also
I get error #oxc80003f9.

I have OS of Windows XP Home Edition with service pack 2.
Does anyone know what to do about this issue?

Thanks

I've gotten the same thing several times today when trying to do updates.
Weird thing is that I can get it to work on some machines, but not on one
with a fresh install of XP Pro with SP2 :S

Hi Justin,

Are you suggesting I reinstall my OS system?

Hi there,

If you read well Justin said: he did not manage on any machine with af resh
install with Sp2.

So the answer was already given: no;)

If you want help: state your problem and a subscription of errors that
occured or give error code(s) if they are not showing up check the log
files for errors and report them.

With the provided information as far as now help is not available

Best regards,
Michel Denie
