Did you use the validation process at this web address?

As someone suggested - this is NOT a Microsoft official support point of
contact. This offer is such an amazing deal - be patient, and if you
haven't use the validation process URL before, that might help - if you
have - again, I suggest patience.

Anytime, you have a problem with a Microsoft web page in an alternative
Non-Microsoft browser - Use Internet Explorer instead! Again a suggestion,
you'll be happier in the long run, just use IE.
