It only annoys you because you can't hear the other side of the conversation.
Are you so serious in this endeavour to risk getting a criminal record etc?

I agree with the OP, but I don't think he should be looking at getting into
trouble achieving his aim.

I think it should be made illegal to use a mobile phone in public places
where other people are present..... I also think mobile phones should be
banned from all schools.
