I have windows XP home edition SP 3

I am trying to change the printer permissions for my home printer so that
both my and my husbands accounts can change the printer settings.

The windows help and support said to hold the control button while right
clicking on the printer, and select properties to show the security tab.
However, the security tab is not showing.

Other discussion boards said that the security tabs do not show in XP home
unless you are in safe mode. However, when i started my computer in safe
mode and went to the printer and faxes window, nothing shows up.

How do i access the printer properties security tab in XP home edition in
order to modify the access permissions for the user accounts?
