One of the people in our office says Navision 3.10 will not save her
settings. For example, on Sales Order she has Shown Column to show certain
ones, but when she goes back in the next day they're gone.

Any ideas?

Is she connecting using Citrix or RDC?
Are There any changes being done to the form and is it being complied at
night?
Is the Property "SaveTableView" set to YES on the form.

If she hides all the columns, logs out & then in to Navision are the columns
still hidden? IF so then something is happening at night.

Is she saving her "zup" file? One way I've discovered to make sure it asks
you if you want to save it is to make the necessary changes in one session of
Navision. Open up another session and immediately log out and then log out
of your original session. It should ask you if you want to save your "Zup"
file.
