Microsoft only supports Navision 4.0 SP3 (with platform update) on Vista. If
you want to use a previous Navision version, you'll have to do a technical
upgrade (upgrade Navision server & clients to 4.0 SP3 (+ platform update) and
keep using the existing 3.01B database).

It doesn't look different if you only do a technical upgrade. The menu's
will still be the 3.01 menu's. No extra training needed.
