When I select Help (F1) in Word 2007 or Outlook 2007, I get a message asking
me to download a file called BROWSE0.WINWORD.xml from Temporary Internet
Files!

The same happens when I try to open Help in other Office applications ((with
the proper new file name, e. g. BROWSE0.EXCEL.XML)

It occurs with offline help, but not with online help.

Can anybody help me to avoid this embarrasing situation?
