Hi, all

How can I insert an one year task duration in Project (time unit 1y don't
work)?

Thanks

How about entering 52w as the Duration?

Hi, Dale

Ok, this is a solution.
But the question is: why the option at Tools, Options, Edit > View options
for time units in ... ?
It's really don't works? It's a bug?

Thanks

When I attempt to enter a Duration value in years, such as "1y" I get a
warning message and the system does not allow me to enter the desired
Duration value. I would suspect it is a bug, but only Microsoft staff would
know for sure. It doesn't work in Project 2010 either, and I don't know any
workaround. Hope this helps.

Hi Dale, hi Edward,

I think that the "Year" unit was never usable for Duration. It's only usable
for resource salary : for exemple John earns $50,000/year.
