Last status: WORKING !!

Added LDA 0A - STA 38 (default setting)
Very strange with other programs $0037 and $0038 are not set up and it
makes no sense with them

You mean, LDA #$0A: STA $38, right?

Because those are not BASIC programs (apart from the single SYS
command).
