The main reason behind getting this error message is your Outlook is
using a very large PST file. So, in order to solve out the issue you can
try by Deleting undesired e-mails, or Archive your PST by moving old
e-mails to a different PST or with 'split pst files'
(http://www.splitpstfiles.com) by pst splitter. For splitting your pst
files you need a powerful and safe third party utility that will do its
job efficiently.
