From: matt.worktest on 3 Sep 2007 07:07 Hi I have Office 2007 and 2003 installed with only Outlook 2007. When I try to use the File -> Send to -> mail recipient from any of the other 2007 or 2003 components I get an error saying that "there was a general failure with the e-mail system and this action could not be completed." Does anyone know what this could be and how to resolve? I use this function quite a lot so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Matt

It's because I installed the Office 2003 components after Office 2007. I removed and reinstalled 2007 and everything works fine now from all Office apps. Thanks Matt
