Hi

I have Office 2007 and 2003 installed with only Outlook 2007.
When I try to use the File -> Send to -> mail recipient from any of
the other 2007 or 2003 components I get an error saying that "there
was a general failure with the e-mail system and this action could not
be completed."

Does anyone know what this could be and how to resolve? I use this
function quite a lot so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Matt

Outlook/Office versions must match for many automation features to work - this is one of them.

Hi Milly

Thank for that but this isn't working from the Office 2007 PPT, Word,
Excel even though it is Outlook 2007 which is installed and used.

Thanks

Matt

Hi

Thanks for the reply, I have sorted this now.
It's because I installed the Office 2003 components after Office 2007.
I removed and reinstalled 2007 and everything works fine now from all
Office apps.

Thanks

Matt
