I would like to know how to preview my emails. I used to be able to do this,
but somehow it has disappeared. Can you help me to access it again, please?

You need to turn on the reading pane - look on the View menu and if you
can't find it, we need to know which version of Outlook you use.

You are not adding to the existing thread. Your topic is different.
Your problem is different. Start your own new thread about YOUR
problem.

So when you were in Outlook and hit the F1 key to search on "preview
pane", none of the matching articles told you how to show/hide it? You
get more matches by searching on "reading pane" (Microsoft changed the
name despite the same functionality: confusion is how Microsoft shams
users into thinking they got a new version of a product).
