Good day,
I am wondering if it's at all possible to put a pst file on a
network share and share it at proxy level where more than 1 person would be
able to look at the archived emails?

It IS possible but not desirable. Microsoft doesn't support pst files on a
network. Outlook requires constant read/write access, so a tiny blip in the
network will very probably result in a corrupted file. In addition a pst
file can only be accessed by one instance of Outlook at a time...
