I am receiveing the message "The operation has been canceled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer" when I click on a link in an e-mil
message (outlook 2007). This started all of a sudden. I am using office 2007
(with outlook), and running vista ultimate 32 bit.
I recall installing Google Chrome and them uninstalling it. My mail problems
started after the uninstall of Google Chrome.

You are claiming that you have never heard of online searching, like at
Google?

(add +"Internet Explorer <version>" or +IE<version> for results specific to
your version of IE)
