Hello,
I've had a Palm Lifedrive for years, ever since they came out, and it
worked fine for many. Then I sort of stopped syncing it to my xp desktop
at home, about a year ago. I am trying again and now I find windows no
longer sees the device, even though I never uninstalled it (just stopped
using it on the pc) and I recently updated the software for it. I was
trying to do a hotsync and it never comes up, so I tried to look at the
device manager entry, only to find it's no longer there, and what's more
I cannot reinstall the hardware. I get to the device list in the wizard
and when it finds the palmos devices and I select it and click next, it
just hops back to that window.
How can I get this thing to work again?

Thanks in advance. This is really a pain.

Sounds like an issue with the device - have you contacted those that support
it?

Have you tried the drive on another PC to verify that it still functions
correctly?
Have tried asking here: http://palmzone.net/viewforum.php?f=33
