Still ranks as one of the best bits of software I got in a bundle. 1.6
is a free upgrade.

....and -still- missing white balance. Excellent upgrade, faster and
nicer, but users have been asking for white balance for ages now and
it's still not in there. Was a bit disappointed by that.

Yes, it was a deal killer for me. I was evaluating it when I ended up
with Aperture 2 last year. I was completely stunned when I realised it
didn't have WB adjustment.

It isn't in the same ballpark as Lightroom or Aperture, is it?

No, but then it is a lot cheaper. Mind you, white balance is a basic
requirement really - even the adjustment tools in Preview has it.
