Nonsense. I have installed IE8 on my 2 XP systems and there is not, nor
will there *ever* be, any Live non-Essentials present.

Did you download IE8 from the MS Download Center or have it installed
via auto update ? NEITHER of those installation methods installs Live
non-Essentials.
