Hello Everyone,
I'm using Powerpoint 2007 (Office 2007 SP2) on a laptop running XP (sp3).
THe problem I am experiencing is that if I have multiple charts (in this case
4) on a single slide, Powerpoint locks up. In addition, if I print the
presentation, some of the charts will on various slides not display. Has
anyone seen this problem before, and if so, is there any workaround or
resolution to this problem?

JCS,

If it was me - I'd break this slide down into 4 slides..... and then try and
print each individual slide.

Chances are there is just 'one' of the graphs powerpoint does not like.

Try creating a new presentation with 4 simple graphs on one slide - does
that print?

cheers

Hi TAJ,

Thanks for the reply. The problem is that these presentations were created
in Powerpoint 2003 and work great there. The problem occurs in 2007. Plus
this is a GM customer and would not be receptive to breaking up the slides
into separate sheets. Sorry for my late reply.

I suspect Taj meant to do this as a test ... a way of isolating the shape or
object that's giving PPT/printing fits.
