Prevent dragging cell contents

From: GS on 10 Mar 2010 10:41 I am trying to prevent dragging cell contents in a form. I cleared "Allow cell drag and drop check box" under Tools. But it works in only one computer. If I use the same form in a different computer, it is not working. Need help. Thanks.
