Print menu not displaying properly? Half of the options are inaccessible
because the dialog boxes are too large. There are two out of the five
printers that are doing this.

Open Display Properties, Settings tab, Advanced button, and change the
DPI setting to 96 DPI (or less). Some programs don't allow for a
proportionally larger font size.

Are they all the same make of printer? It's not a Windows problem, it's
a software problem. Consult the application vendor.
