From: Mailan Ang on 1 Jun 2010 07:38 I have upgraded my computer to Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (from XP) but retained Office Professional 2003 SP3. I have a Brother DCP-540CN printer and have re-installed an "upgraded" driver from the Brother website which is now "compatible" with Windows 7. When I did a printer test, it printed ok. However, when I try to print a document from Word 2003, it printed only one-third of a page, then half a page. Can anyone explain why this is happening? In a thread elsewhere, it was stated that Word 2003 is compatible with Windows 7 but this doesn't appear to be in my case.
From: Stefan Blom on 3 Jun 2010 05:10 Does this happen with all documents that you print from Word, or just with a particular one? -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP (Message posted via msnews.microsoft.com) "Mailan Ang" <MailanAng(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:16CEDF1D-A58E-4B1E-BF61-7C9B528173FA(a)microsoft.com... >I have upgraded my computer to Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (from XP) but > retained Office Professional 2003 SP3.
