I have just setup our 2008 server and I want to move all our laptop user
to roaming profiles for data security reasons.

I've gotten the profiles working OK, but want I really need is realtime
replication of the users data to the server. Right now replication is
only done on logout.

Is there a way to setup roaming profiles with realtime or close to
realtime replication?
