This topic is for sending emails to many recipients. When Replying to All, I
have a user that wants to Reply to the Sender, but have all the other
original recipients in the CC: line. I have not found a way to do this.

A Reply to All will replicate the recipient fields on the original message.
It cannot move addresses from one field to another.
