on the server where the OAL is being generated, right-click the server, go
to Properties, Diagnostics logging; then select the MSExchangeSA and turn
logging on the OAL Generator to maximum...

From: Christian Reizlein on
Susa, i had found some information about the autodiscover issue, the
question is as following
We are using RPC over HTTPS to connect to the exchange, our domain is
"site1.client.com" and the server is "server1.site1.client.com" but the
ISP/DNS server for the "client.com" does not have a autodiscover entry point
created, does that matter?

I mean, i have created the autodiscover entry in the internal DNS server of
the exhchange, but when contacting from outside i never use that DNS, make
sense? would that make the cause of the problem?
