We've installed the SQL Server 2000 on our Windows Server 2008.
However, we can't connect SQL Query Anylyzer to the SQL Server 2000 on the
Win2008.
Ho do we fix this problem.

My guess is that you've installed MSDE and I can remember that far back I
think the default is not to have TCP/IP enabled if they aren't specified.
