Hi,
can anybody give me a help?

I am using Ubuntu 10.04 LTS with Samba 3.4.7.
My Windows XP Clients are working fine. They joined the domain and i can
login as user and i get all my shares.
On the Windows 2003 32-Bit Server, who also succesfully joined the
domain, no userlogin is possible.
I recieved error messages:

The domain is not found nor a connection will be established.

Here is my smb.conf and the log of my w2k3-server
