Hi

Can anyone advise me how to assign an Outlook command (e.g. send/receive
messages) to a shortcut key? Thanks!

Ctrl+M or the F9 key does a Send/Receive All command. For other
shortcut keys, and when in Outlook, hit the F1 key to bring up Outlook's
help. Then search on "keyboard shortcuts".
