Radeon 4850/5850 fanless? That's possible only if you change the stock
heatsink+fan yourself...

There are fan-less, passive cooling heatsink from CoolerMaster and
ThermalTake.

Put one of those on a 5870 and it will be the only thing you can fit in
your case. ;)
