Two questions:

1. Is there any poke command you could use, so that the speech is loud
enough with the newer SID?

2. Is it possible there there is a bug at the level "Puzzler" that in
some situations you are not able to reach Pad 3?

probably needs more than a single poke but Nostalgia made a version with
8580 selectable in the trainer, try it
