Hit the space bar?

If you mean you want to force the next sentence onto a new line within that
cell, hit and hold the alt key when you hit Enter.

If you see a little box where that alt-enter is, then you have to change the
wrap text property.

Rightclick on that cell
Format Cells|Alignment tab|check "Wrap text"
